Spring Lecture Series: Janet Williams

Janet Williams, currently an Assistant Professor of Ceramics and Ceramics Area Coordinator at UNC-Charlotte, has exhibited her work internationally, including the 6th International Biennale in S.Korea. She received her MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art and co-founded and co-directed Art Farm, an artist residency in Nebraska. She has taught at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the Cleveland Institute of Art and the University of Michigan.

Campus Tours

Learn what its like to be an Appalachian student—both in and outside the classroom. The two-hour campus visit includes a presentation, a discussion of admission criteria, a walking campus tour by a student ambassador and opportunities to meet with university representatives. Campus tours are available throughout the year except for holidays and university breaks.
